Pallet ConveyorsMy boyfriend operates
Pallet Conveyors at the local factory. He has to make sure that the
Pallet Conveyors are working property as well as using them to ensure that they do their job properly. Although his job is not very well paid, he does really enjoy himself as a rule because his colleagues are such good fun. Although he is the only one of his friends who operates the
Pallet Conveyors, he really has a good laugh with all of the other employees and he tells me that he is constantly amazed about how good the staff morale is at this factory. I think that part of the reason for this morale is that the staff are treated very well by their employers. For example, they organise regular employee social events and, even if theyy cannot afford to pay for them all to attend, there is always some subsidy for the staff which they really appreciate. Similarly, at Christmas, their staff night out is second to none and they really push the boat out at this event, making sure that every member of staff gets free drinks as well as a personal present at the end of the night. I really think that this sort of thing makes a difference.

Quality Electronic Component
With manufacturers such as Dell flooding the retail market with cheap Computers is the Electronic Component market about to take a nose dive of epic proportions? The immediate answer would appear to be yes until you begin to look at the variables involved in this most competitive of all IT sales arenas. The
Electronic Component industry has always been fuelled by the `Techie` Culture, the IT buyer who just has to have the latest Graphics Card or Motherboard, who wouldn`t be seen dead using DDR RAM now that DDR2 is on the scene. The kind of person who just has to have their computer liquid cooled despite the dubious claims that it really will make a major difference to the way their PC runs Doom 3, which brings us to the other driving force of the
Electronic Component industry, gaming. Software developers and publishers in their endless quest to deliver the latest killer title with the most jaw dropping graphics are continually pushing the envelope of Hardware development. The latest games require the latest hardware to run them, and therein lies the rub, the
Electronic Component market is in a permanent state of flux due to the ever increasing demand of the PC Gamer. PC components have never been the domain of average Joe next door, particularly with the increasing disappearance of the run of the mill Clone PC suppliers, who just cannot compete with the likes of Dell and their entry level off the shelf systems. PC components always have and always will belong to the dedicated Techie or Gamer, who despite the overtures of Dell et al would much prefer to build their machines to their own specific needs and specifications. The
Electronic Component industry is alive and kicking and long may it continue.
